ROGER BAUMGARTEN

Roger is a 34-year veteran of public relations and crisis communications--as a practitioner and trainer--for businesses, associations, and nonprofits in the fields of health care, criminal justice, the environment, human services, and more.

Through his mastery of the written and spoken word, Roger brings to bear a breadth of communications skills honed over three decades, including:

• MEDIA TRAINING. Roger offers one-on-one and group training/coaching to prepare you for any interview scenario. Roger draws on his extensive interview experience--hundreds of interviews on TV, radio, and in print, including CBS News and CNN--to assure that you deliver the right message at the right time when a crisis confronts your organization.
• WRITING. News releases, executive speeches, newsletters, op-eds, feature articles, and copywriting for advertising, websites, and collateral.
• MEDIA PLACEMENT. Roger has placed stories in national, regional, and local outlets, including the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Weather Channel, and more.
• VOICEOVER: Roger, who holds a degree in theater arts, has voiced videos produced for a health care association.
• PHOTOGRAPHY. Roger is also Owner of Roger That Photography, and serves clients in all photographic genres, including portraits, events, products, real estate, sports, performing arts, and web/social media.
